Most in-stock items, including sinks and toilets, ship within 3-5 business days. Larger freight items like bathtubs may take 7-10 business days for delivery depending on your location.

Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?

Yes, all Tuck Plumbing Fixtures products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which typically range from one year to a limited lifetime warranty on finishes and mechanical parts.

What is your return policy for installed items?

For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on items that have already been installed. Unopened and uninstalled products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Are mounting hardware and valves included with faucets?

Most of our faucet sets include standard mounting hardware. However, some shower systems and high-end faucets require separate rough-in valves. Please check the 'What's Included' section on the product page.

How do I track my order?
